SYSPRO ERP Integration

As one of the largest SYSPRO resellers in the world, and one of the UK’s leading Dynamics partners K3 has built a scalable and functional integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SYSPRO ERP, harnessing the power of both systems.

 

The integration was designed through collaboration between K3’s SYSPRO and CRM teams, and provides an out of the box integration for both small business and the enterprise.


The solution provides:

  • Two-way integration of account details, including direct access to the full SYSPRO customer enquiry and related drill-down functions.

  • Visibility of stock codes and stock availability, quotes, orders and invoices related to each customer, including off line access through the CRM Outlook client.

  • Complete visibility from marketing campaign through to SYSPRO order, all within the CRM system – track the true benefits of marketing campaigns.

  • Analysis of SYSPRO quotes and sales orders using CRM's 'Advanced Find' and inclusion of the results for targeting CRM marketing – market to customers based on order history.

  • Streamline the customer service function by integrating CRM 'cases' with the SYSPRO RMA functionality - creation and receipt of the RMA direct from the CRM case screen.

  • Entry and tracking of SYSPRO quotes and sales orders in CRM, either directly against a customer or against a CRM opportunity; automate your processes by using CRM workflows on SYSPRO quote and order headers.

  • One CRM system can integrate with multiple SYSPRO companies, making it ideal for use in environments where world-wide visibility of the pipeline is required.

The integration supports on-premise versions of Dynamics CRM as well as Dynamics CRM 2011 Online, and integrates to SYSPRO 6.0 and 6.1.
